McNair Scholar Natalie Castro听recently attended the National Conference on Undergraduate Education in Long Beach, California. This conference is hosted annually by the , and is dedicated to promoting听undergraduate research, scholarship and creative activity in all fields of study.

She presented her听research titled "Decoding Toxic Boards: The Dynamics and Consequences of Toxicity and Inequality in Colorado School Board
Meetings", under the supervision of Dr. Brian Keegan听from the Department of Information Science.听
